Price Lists:
All prices shown in the list of our products are with taxes. In the final purchase the summary shows the final price of the products, indicating the amount of taxes separately.

In relation to value added tax, as a rule we apply the tax rate of 21% for sales within the mainland. Due to their special tax status, are considered non-geographical areas the Canaries, Ceuta and Melilla. Therefore, purchases made by residents of these territories are exempt from VAT (the costs of customs clearance and import duties are not included in the item price or the shipping, and must be paid on arrival by the receiver of the goods). The prices shown in www.davidmas.net are subject to change without notice.

Promotions:
All davidmas.net products promoted at a special rate will be displayed on the website with the following information: offering price, regular price, discount percentage and end date of the offer or promotion. These deals will be available until the expiration date, unless stocks are exhausted, in which case the product will automatically disappear from the Customer web. The transaction prices for the products do not include destination and delivery charges. In case of exchange or refund trasport cost are due to the customer.

Shipping and delivery:
David Mas Yacht Equiment SL guarantees delivery to the carrier within 24 hours if they are in stock, and unless performed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. In which case the order will be processed on the first working day following the day of realization. Furthermore, it should be noted that the periods are calculated on weekdays and can be altered by local or national holidays. And remember, if the chosen payment method is bank transfer, no order will ship until we have confirmation of the bank transfer. davidmas.net reserves the right to vary the type of delivery and the company by which it is made, regardless of what transpired in these pages, and if not any way be detrimental to the client. The delivery is considered completed since the product becomes available to the Customer by the carrier and the consignee signs the delivery receipt. Is customer duty to verify the products we deliver them and expose all the claims and complaints that may be justified.
If the products are not served in accordance with nature or quantity specified in the delivery order, the Customer must make your complaint within seven (7) days of delivery. Deliveries are made at Customer’s charge, provided that the circumstances involving free shipping deliveries are present.


Home delivery:
Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands): Delivery in 24 hours in the case of shipments to Spain and 48 hours for shipment to Ireland.

Spain (Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla): The approximate delivery is 4 to Canary Islands air service business days and 10 business days for shipping service. In the case of Ceuta and Melilla the delivery time is approximately 7-10 days.
Ceuta and Melilla are VAT (21%), however the customs system will apply the corresponding taxes. In any case we can determine the amount of tax payable by the client to receive your order as, in the Canary Islands, for example, depends on the "IGC" and "Canary customs". Attention Davidmas Yacht Equiment SL reserves the right to change delivery times without notice in the case of large orders.


Payment Terms:
1. Unless otherwise estipulated particular products are paid by bank transfer or credit card.

2. The nonpayment, authorizes David Mas Yacht Equiment SL without prejudice to other rights and actions, to suspend all supplies to complete the full payment.

When selecting bank transfer as payment for, along with confirmation of your order you will receive an e-mail which indicating the account number to deposits the funds to  Davidmas Yacht Equiment SL. It is very important to indicate in the subject the order number and your name. If you wish, you can send us the transfer receipt by fax (+34) 935 551 828, or by e-mail info@davidmas.net. But in any case, the purchase shall not be considered firm until our administration department check out that we have bank confirmation of the transfer. Remember, you must make payment in euros and all possible exchange and banking fees are your responsibility. For bank transfers from outside Spain is very important to communicate to your bank take over the commission at source always order the transfer to your bank to take over the commission at source and any other bank fee and expenses. Otherwise, Davidmas Yacht Equiment SL could stop the dispatch of your order by not receiving the full amount.
